| On a stay at the Gougane Barra Hotel in West Cork, while walking in that spiritually gorgeous setting I came across some amazing sheep grazing in the lush grasses by the lake shore. What was amazing was that they had four horns! Each! Neil at the hotel told me they were Jacob sheep, so named after the spotted sheep Jacob raised in the Bible. Well maybe they have been around for thousands of years but they were new to me. This haughty fellow looked "down" at me with a expression right out of "The Crown" so I'm calling him Lord Gougane. |
